Robert Half International leaps up 100 Best Companies to Work For List

Robert Half International jumped up the top 100 companies to work for in the UK listing from number 34 last year to being ranked at number 22 in the 2007 listing.  


The judges were particularly impressed by the high ratings the company received in the areas of management and leadership. For the fourth year in a row Robert Half International scored particularly high marks for staff's perceptions of the management team.

Staff overwhelmingly said senior managers live the values of the company (87%) and are confident in manager's leadership skills (85%). Personal development and commitment to the company were areas that also scored well. Eighty-five per cent of employees think their job is good for their own personal growth whilst 83% feel fully involved at work and believe they can make a difference (81%).


Overall Robert Half International received a 86% positive rating as an organisation to work for with 83% agreeing the company is not just a fun place to work but has strong principles in the areas of ethics and 'leadership by example'.

In addition to the higher ranking, Robert Half International also achieved the Best Companies Three Star Accreditation; one of only 42 companies out of 434 organisations registered that achieved the three star status.  The accreditation recognises organisational excellence in workplace engagement, workplace practices and great leadership.
