Age Discrimination Law

As of 1st October 2006 it is unlawful for a prospective employer to discriminate against an applicant for employment on the basis of age. This new legislation is one of the most important for a generation. Everyone is a possible claimant and anyone who employs staff is subject to its scrutiny.
