Temping for Success - An Essential Guide for Temporary Workers.

In support of National Temporary Workers Week OfficeTeam has produced a guide called 'Temping for Success'. It provides useful information for temporary workers on how to make the most of temporary assignments.

 

The Temping for Success guide can be downloaded here free of charge and shows that attitudes to work have changed, and flexibility and variety are key to job satisfaction.

 

Research by OfficeTeam looked at what makes a temporary assignment fulfilling and discovered that:

 

  • One in three UK temporary workers want to be included in office social occasions
  • 24 per cent of temporary workers value feedback during their placement
  • 21 per cent believe they will benefit from an induction and a clear explanation of the office systems and processes
