OfficeTeam is recruiting for a security checked Personal Assistant for a government department based in London. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to support a Director and a team.
Main duties of the Personal Assistant include:
The successful candidate for this Personal Assistant role will be security cleared. In addition the ability to build relationships quickly with internal and external staff is crucial as well as strong attention to detail to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
You will need to prioritise responsibilities, plan your time effectively and use your problem solve skills on occasions. Also have strong written and oral communication skills and maintain a professional demeanour at all times whilst working in a busy environment.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous Personal Assistant experience, along with excellent organisational skills and advanced level Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The ability to work under own initiative and develop own responsibilities are key to the success of this role.
The London based Personal Assistant role offers a salary of £30k -35k per annum.
